Renowned for its natural beauty and the ability to age gracefully, vegetable-tanned leather products, treated with natural vegetable tannins, are biodegradable and can be easily disposed of at the end of their natural lifespan. Vegetable-tanned leather contains no toxic substances such as azo dyes, nickel, PCP, or chromium VI.
