Terms of Use

These terms of use apply when you use vallgatan12.com and when you shop from Vallgatan 12 in GBG AB. By completing a purchase, you accept the terms applicable at the time of the order. 2. Orders and purchase agreement

Once your order has been registered, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. When the order confirmation has been sent, a purchase agreement has been entered into between you and Vallgatan 12. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide in connection with the order is correct and complete. As long as an order has not been processed, it may in some cases be cancelled via My account. More information is available in our FAQ.

We may need to reject, adjust or cancel an order in the event of, for example, technical errors, incorrect inventory information, obviously incorrect price information or suspected fraud or misuse. If an individual item cannot be delivered, we reserve the right to remove the item from the order and refund the corresponding amount. If a change affects the order in a way that requires a choice from you, we will contact you before the order is processed further. If the entire order is cancelled, the amount paid will be refunded.

3. Products and product information

We strive to ensure that all product information, prices, images and inventory status on the website are correct and up to date. Colours and materials may be perceived differently depending on screen and device settings, meaning that product images do not always reproduce an item's exact colour or appearance. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in, for example, product information, prices, promotions and inventory information. If such an error affects an order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Prices, VAT and currency

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the market from which you are shopping. For deliveries within the EU, prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, local import VAT, customs duties and other charges may be added depending on the destination. The order value and any charges levied by Vallgatan 12 are displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.

5. Payment

You can pay using the payment options displayed at checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on the country and market. Payments are processed by our payment service providers and may be subject to their own terms.

6. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes apply in accordance with the terms and during the period specified for each offer. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been completed. We reserve the right to correct or terminate a promotion in the event of obvious errors or misuse.

7. Delivery

Available delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are stated in connection with the order and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by, for example, high volumes, public holidays, customs processing or other circumstances. 8. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

For online purchases, you as a consumer normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Returns are registered via My account in accordance with our return instructions. 9. Complaints

If an item is defective, damaged or does not correspond to what you ordered, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect.

Complaints are registered via our contact form. State the order number, describe the problem and attach images where relevant. In the event of an approved complaint, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect use or care, and natural changes in materials are normally not considered original defects.

10. Purchases in a physical store

Purchases made in our physical store are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal that applies to distance purchases. 11. Liability

Vallgatan 12 is not liable for delays or other impediments caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law. This may include, for example, government action, extensive transport disruptions, natural events, labour disputes or major technical disruptions.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms of use as necessary. The current version is always published on vallgatan12.com. For an order that has already been completed, the terms applicable when the order was placed apply.

14. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If a dispute arises, we will first seek to resolve it together with you. Contact us via our contact form. If we cannot reach an agreement, you as a consumer may refer the matter to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN, provided that the matter meets its requirements for review. A dispute may also be heard by a competent court.
