New Works

New Works is a contemporary Danish design studio that merges the traditional with the modern. A fusion of old and new, light and dark, art and design. Founded in Copenhagen in 2015 by Nikolaj Meier and Knut Bendik Humlevik, the brand was born out of a desire to create a space where design is brought to life with both care and curiosity. With deep roots in Scandinavia’s long-standing craft traditions, New Works challenges the modern language of form and shapes a new expression of contemporary design.

The collection includes furniture, lighting, and interior objects defined by the natural character of materials; from the weight of marble to the warmth of wood. Tactility is at the heart of their design philosophy, with each piece created to be experienced by both eye and hand.
